As a result of these controls, 13 producers were ordered to regularize their situation, 12 closures were ordered and 7 seizures of meat from clandestine slaughter were carried out, reaching a total of 1,700 kg of beef and pork. These measures were taken in the face of non-compliance with existing laws

.

As part of the operations, 40 inspection records were drawn up, distributed as follows: 19 actions within the framework of Law No. 9164 (use of phytosanitary products), 16 actions corresponding to Laws No. 6974 and No. 10,326 (marketing of meat products and by-products) and 5 actions related to Law No. 5542 (trademark and sign regime).
