PBA: 39-year-old man arrested accused of raping and impregnating his own 12-year-old daughter

The crisis of values and the insecurity that plagues the Province of Buenos Aires has added a new and chilling chapter in Escobar's party. The epicenter of this aberration was the town of Loma Verde, where agents of the Escobar SubDDI managed to capture Fernando Nelson Peruano, a 39-year-old man of Argentine nationality.

This individual, now infamous as the “Loma Verde monster”, is accused of having sexually subdued his own 12-year-old daughter in the Maquinista Savio area.

The horror plot began to come to light on April 23. On that date, the mother of the minor, alarmed by the girl's “physical discomfort”, decided to take her to a local health center. It was in this medical environment that the victim, breaking the silence imposed on her by fear, revealed that she had been abused by her stepfather. The seriousness of the case was confirmed by clinical studies, which yielded a devastating fact: the girl is pregnant for about three months

Faced with the immediate complaint of his wife, Peruano tried to evade justice by hiding on property in a neighboring town. However, after investigative tasks and surveillance set up by the Buenos Aires Police, the suspect was intercepted as he left the house. Despite the fact that he “tried to run away”, the troops managed to reduce it and bring it to justice. The case has fallen under the orbit of UFI No. 10 in Escobar, in charge of prosecutor Gonzalo Ferreiros, under the charge of the crime of “sexual abuse with aggravated carnal access”
