Amid the changes in Eugenia “la China” Suárez's life and her relationship with Benjamín Vicuña, new details have emerged about the agreement they are negotiating regarding their children. According to Marina Calabró on Primicias Ya, the main goal is not to discuss custody, but to establish concrete rules that ensure the well-being of the kids.
The journalist was emphatic in clarifying the scope of the conversations: “Shared custody agreement does not mean going for custody. They asked me to clarify this emphatically: it does not mean going for custody, it does not revoke any travel permission, nothing.” The focus, then, would be on organizing the family dynamics in light of possible changes in residence.
One of the central points of dialogue between the parties relates to timing and, especially, the children's schooling. According to the information provided by Calabró, they seek to establish concrete deadlines and specific dates so that the kids can organize their lives between the two countries without losing classes.
“That the kids have guaranteed the school year without losing weeks of classes through international schools or whatever, but that it is guaranteed that they can fulfill the academic year, the school year, without problems, like any child, even if they have to do it in two countries,” detailed the host.
Residence and possible changes in scenario
For now, Vicuña's place of residence would be Argentina. However, the scenario could change if la China Suárez and Mauro Icardi establish their residence abroad. “The agreement is based on moving to live abroad,” sources from the negotiations indicated.
In this context, questions also arose about where the footballer will settle and how family life will be organized in the coming months. The doubts revolve around the continuity of the school year and how the shared custody times will be distributed.
