Morena Rial continues to be detained at the seventh precinct in La Loma de San Isidro, and amid the controversy, Agustina Kämpfer decided to speak on the matter. The journalist, who was Jorge Rial's partner and knew his daughter closely, expressed her opinion on the influencer's legal situation and was blunt in her statements.
In a conversation with Oliver Quiroz for A la Tarde (América TV), Kämpfer lamented the path Morena has taken in recent years. "I deeply regret the decisions she made in her life, which have a long history. I regret the harm she does to her inner circle, her family, the people who love her and look out for her. And also to the people who were victims of her crimes," she expressed firmly.
Additionally, the journalist recalled her connection with the Rial family and how she addressed Morena's situation in the past. "I always put compassion above many situations when I was part of that family's core", she stated. However, she clarified that she had only spoken publicly about Jorge Rial's daughter on one occasion, when she made unfortunate comments about her son.

Regarding the legal case Morena faces, Kämpfer pointed out that the reality is undeniable: "Everything speaks for itself. Even her own lawyer has significantly toned down those initial intentions of saying 'it was a misunderstanding, it's not like that.' But it's not confusing, it is what it is."
Although she preferred not to refer to Jorge Rial, Kämpfer admitted that she sent him a message after seeing the images of his daughter detained. She also left a piece of advice for the influencer about her future: "I deeply wish for her to reconsider, to recover, to get back on track. She has two little ones who need their mom; a mom who is well and decent. She needs to apologize and then it's up to the judicial system to decide. I deeply wish from the heart that she can get her life back on track."
Journalist Martín Candalaft released evidence that further complicates Morena Rial's situation. Through his X account, he published videos and photographs showing her acting as an accomplice in the robbery for which she was detained.

One of the recordings shows Jorge Rial's daughter at a DAPSA service station, waiting while her gang cut the power to the house they were going to rob. "Morena goes to the bathroom and crosses paths with an officer. At the end of the video, her voice is heard", Candalaft explained.
Another video shows Morena and her group parking at the corner of the house where, minutes later, they entered through a window. In the images, the white Peugeot 207 that the influencer was driving is seen, while her accomplices carried out the robbery.
Additionally, the images reveal how Morena and another woman remain in the car acting as lookouts, monitoring the area to ensure the robbery was carried out without issues. After committing the crime, the two thieves left the house and got into the vehicle, where the influencer was waiting to flee.
