• Valid disability certificate.
• Original and photocopy of the owner's ID.
• Form "Exemption Request for People with Disabilities – License Plates".
• Signed note requesting the exemption.

The submission can be made in person or by postal mail. Once received, the City Government evaluates the request and notifies the decision.
