L-Gante once again addressed the conflict he keeps with his former manager, Maxi "El Brother," with whom he had worked since the beginning of his artistic career and whom he had considered for many years a trusted friend, as well as his entire family.
In an interview with Tarde o Temprano (eltrece), Elian Valenzuela described this process as one of the most exhausting moments of his life and explained why he decided to move forward with legal action.
The artist recalled that the confrontation began when he detected irregularities in payments and discovered that he was not receiving the money that was rightfully his in his bank accounts.

He also pointed out that a property he believed to be his own was registered under the name of Lourdes, his former manager's partner. That situation led him to initiate formal claims with lawyers and accountants.
Despite the tension, L-Gante stated that today he feels more stable. "I'm in one of the calmest moments of everything I've done up to today, managing myself solely under my own responsibility," he said.
He also highlighted the support of his brother and Luis Perdomo: "They help me a lot. Things are happening to me, but I'm taking it calmly. It's important to stay calm and think neutrally."
