The Disposición 5292/2026, published in the Official Bulletin, applies to all batches of products identified with the Qualibest brand.

Odor eliminators.
Disinfectants.
Aromatizers.
Surface finishing products.
Any other household product identified with the Qualibest brand.
The prohibition includes the promotion and marketing of these products on websites and digital stores.
The restriction will remain in effect until the products are duly regularized with the relevant authority.

Why ANMAT prohibited Qualibest products
The investigation began during inspection and monitoring activities carried out by the Household Products Service. During those procedures, ANMAT detected that Qualibest was offering various items without a valid health registration.
The agency also noted previous records of products registered by Quali Química S.R.L. and Química Erpe S.R.L..
Why did ANMAT prohibit Qualibest products
The registrations of both companies in the National Registry of Establishments were canceled through provisions issued in 2024 and 2022, respectively.
As a consequence of those cancellations, the corresponding registrations for their products also lost validity.
