How to claim if you don't receive AUH or Tarjeta Alimentar?

If you stopped receiving AUH or Tarjeta Alimentar without apparent reason, you can make a claim at ANSES by following these steps:

1. Verify your data in Mi ANSES

Log in to Mi ANSES with your CUIL and social security password to check that your information is correct and updated.

2. Gather the necessary documentation

Have the family group's documents (originals and copies) on hand and complete the Form PS 2.72 for Claims.

3. Request an appointment at ANSES

Request an appointment through the ANSES website or by calling 130.

4. Present yourself at the ANSES office

Attend on the assigned date with all the documentation to complete the process in person.

Beneficiaries who meet the requirements established by ANSES will receive AUH and Tarjeta Alimentar without interruptions.

AUH Requirements

Of the holder:

  • Be Argentine and reside in the country. If foreign or naturalized, prove at least 2 years of residence.

Of the child:

  • Be under 18 years old (no age limit in case of disability).
  • Be single.

Holder's employment conditions:

  • Be unemployed.
  • Be an unregistered worker or without contributions.
  • Work in private homes.
  • Be a social monotributista.

Tarjeta Alimentar Requirements

Access is automatic for those who:

  • Receive AUH and have children up to 17 years old.
  • Are pregnant for more than 3 months and receive Asignación por Embarazo (AUE).
  • Have children with disabilities who receive AUH, with no age limit.
  • Are mothers with 7 or more children and receive a Pensión No Contributiva (PNC).

The amount of the Asignación Universal por Hijo (AUH) in March 2025 will be $100,286.82 per child, with an increase of 2.2% according to January's inflation.

As every month, 80% of the benefit is paid. The remaining 20% is withheld until the presentation of the school and vaccination record.
