"In this game, only what happens inside should matter to you. That is the purpose of isolation," the owner of the house began saying.
Then he was more forceful: "Any shout, whether favorable or adverse, shouldn't affect anyone's mood."

After explaining the context, Big Brother directly addressed the participant: "Chiara, last night you referenced a shout you received from outside." For that infraction, the sanction was automatic and without the right to appeal.
