California is about to pass a law allowing children to declare themselves non-binary.
Under this project, any minor will be able to report their parents and request that the State declare them 'non-binary'
As part of his media tour to become the Democratic candidate for president in 2028, California Governor, Gavin Newsom, avoided answering on a podcast whether he agrees with forcing children as young as 8 years old to change gender.
Newsom's evasive attitude, who seeks to present himself to the public as a "moderate" Democrat in order to reach the White House, comes while a law is about to be approved in his state that would allow the government to forcibly declare children as non-binary.
Earlier this month, California legislatorsadvanced the passage of Bill 1084, which allows a court-appointed attorney to help children change their name and sex on their birth certificates and obtain a new one designating them as "non-binary."
If this bill is approved, court-appointed attorneys or guardians will have the authority to impose these changes even if the parents still have custody of the minor.

Parental rights under State control
The dangerous bill seeks for any minor who wants to transition to file an abuse complaint against their parents so that the State can assign a court worker who will accept this self-perceived gender identity as valid without question.
Once legal action has begun, as long as a court determines that "it is likely" the minor will remain under State custody until turning 18 years old, attorneys will have the authority to change the child's sex, name, and birth certificate.
The bill's wording states that parents may challenge this petition, but it must be based on "concerns that the proposed change is not the petitioner's true gender identity" or that the gender assigned at birth doesn't constitute a "justified cause."
In other words, the law transfers parental rights to the State of California, stripping parents of legal control over their children, being unable under any circumstances to oppose the change of name and sex on their children's birth certificate.

Close to approval
The law was drafted by state assemblyman Rick Zbur, a madman who some time ago compared those who oppose transgender people participating in women's competitions to Nazis.
Zbur designated this legislation as an "urgency bill", which means it will take effect immediately if the governor signs it.
It is almost certain that the Democrat-controlled legislaturewill approve the bill, which means it will soon reach Newsom's desk. When that happens, in Californiaparents will completely lose legal control over their children.
