The two senior members of the Democratic Party are being investigated by Trump's Department of Justice

Trump's Department of Justice has launched an investigation against Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey for conspiring to obstruct and prevent federal authorities from carrying out the enforcement of immigration laws.
The two politicians, powerful men in the Democratic Party, made comments during the week encouraging Minnesota residents to take to the streets in protest against federal agents in order to track and film them. They also demanded that the officers leave the city and the state. Frey even said at a press conference after the death of left-wing agitator Renee Good that ICE must "get out of Minneapolis".
Regarding the investigation, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche commented: "Walz and Frey, I am focused on stopping YOU from your terrorism by any means necessary. This is not a threat. It is a promise".

Trump shifts into high gear against Somali fraud in Minnesota
Trump sent federal agents earlier this year in the wake of a massive series of fraud scandals within the Somali community in Minneapolis that had historically been protected by the Democratic Party. Taxpayer money ended up in day care centers run by Somalis under the pretext of providing social services, but those services were never provided.
The scandal was so outrageous that Walz had to suspend his reelection campaign, but that did not stop Kamala Harris's former running mate from encouraging the protests that took place when left-wing terrorist Renee Good was gunned down while she was attempting to ram her car into ICE agents.
"We are in a position right now where we have residents who are asking the very limited number of police officers that we have to fight ICE agents in the street", Frey said after a weekend of protests. "We can't be in a place right now in America where we have two governmental entities that are literally fighting each other".
Since then, and aware that they could be brought to justice by Trump to provide explanations for their proto-terrorist behavior, Walz and Frey have called for the protests to remain peaceful. The governor urged Minnesota residents not to "fan the flames of chaos" in a message on Thursday on the X platform.
