Cinthia Fernández was accused of being an abuser and exploded on social media.
The media personality received a strong accusation from her husband's ex-partner, Daniela Fontana
Cinthia Fernández was once again embroiled in a major controversy, this time due to a serious accusation involving the blended family she shares with her current partner, lawyer Roberto Castillo. Since the media personality announced her engagement to him in September 2024, the relationship with Daniela Vera Fontana—Castillo's ex-partner and mother of two of his daughters—has become increasingly tense and conflictive.
In recent hours, the confrontation added a new and delicate chapter: the architect used her social media to suggest that Fernández may have engaged in mistreatment within the family environment, which prompted a furious response from the former LAM panelist.
It all began when Daniela Vera Fontana shared a series of Instagram stories with harsh criticisms of the parenting routine maintained by her ex-partner and Cinthia Fernández. In one of the posts, she wrote:"Let the dad know it's not time for them to be having dinner or even awake. Oh, of course! Surely he'll make them miss kindergarten again in the morning. Shall we bet?"

Then, she doubled down on her criticisms of Castillo's performance as a father:"Can someone explain to me how he manages to be at a school at 8am and a kindergarten at 8am... Did he become super powerful?"
In a third post, she directly addressed the commitment to the girls' education and habits:"One morning you get up early during the week to take them... and out of the three Thursdays they go, you only took them once. It's called respect for our daughters' lives, routine, commitment, teaching by example."
Although she did not directly name Fernández, the messages hinted at her dissatisfaction with the dynamic that includes the panelist. The tension intensified when, according to reports, she suggested that the minors were not well cared for, which Cinthia interpreted as an accusation of mistreatment.
Hours after Vera Fontana's publication, Cinthia Fernández used her Instagram account to respond firmly. In a story that quickly went viral, she expressed her anger:"I was working all day and just saw everything that was sent to me. It's pathetic to have to respond to this woman's spite. What a sad role you're playing. It forces me to expose situations involving minors." It's shameful, but unfortunately, I have no choice because I'm being accused of mistreatment."

She concluded sharply:"I hope you can be happy and stop being a pain someday." With these statements, Fernández made it clear that she doesn't intend to allow her role in the family environment to be questioned, especially when minors are involved.
