The Oral Criminal Court No. 2 of Zárate-Campana issued a sentence of 19 years in prison against Claudio Contardi, former husband of Julieta Prandi. The ruling included his immediate detention in the courtroom.
The verdict, delivered by judges Daniel Répolo, Lucía Leiro, and Mariano Aguilar, ordered the defendant to leave handcuffed and under police custody. The plaintiff had requested a 50-year sentence, while the Prosecutor's Office asked for a maximum of 20 years.

Aggravated sexual abuse
According to the verdict, Contardi was found guilty of the crime of sexual abuse with aggravated carnal access for causing severe harm to the victim's mental health. The judges also stated that the acts were repeated and occurred while the couple was living together.
