
CONMEBOL appointed the referees for the third matchday of Libertadores and Sudamericana
The South American entity published the list of referees for the matches of both competitions next week
This Tuesday, CONMEBOL announced the referee teams for the third round of the Copa Libertadores and the Copa Sudamericana. The matches will be played between Tuesday, April 22 and Thursday, April 24.
Referees and VAR in Libertadores matchday 3
In Tuesday's matches, Alianza Lima will host Talleres and will be officiated by Colombians Andrés Rojas and Leonard Mosquera from the VAR. In the other match of the day featuring an Argentine team, Colo Colo - Racing, the officials will be Paraguayans Juan Benítez as the main referee and Ulises Mereles in the VAR.
In Wednesday's matches, River travels to Ecuador to play against Independiente del Valle, and will have the officiating of Chileans Piero Maza as the main referee and Juan Lara from the VAR. Meanwhile, the match between San Antonio Bulo Bulo and Vélez will feature the Brazilian duo of Wilton Sampaio and Wegner Reway. Additionally, for Estudiantes - Botafogo, the Uruguayans Gustavo Tejera and Antonio García (VAR) will be in charge of officiating.
Finally, for the match between Central Córdoba against Deportivo Táchira, in Santiago del Estero, the main referee will be Colombian Jhon Ospina and in the VAR will be Uruguayan Antonio García.

Referees and VAR in Sudamericana matchday 3
Next Tuesday, Independiente will visit Guaraní, and the Peruvians Roberto Pérez and Michael Espinoza (VAR) will be the officials. Meanwhile, the clash between Vasco da Gama and Lanús will have a Brazilian team, with Gery Vargas and Wilfredo Campos (VAR).
The match between Huracán and América de Cali will feature Augusto Aragón and Franklin Congo (VAR) from Ecuador. Later, the Mushuc Runa - Unión de Santa Fe will have the Peruvians Augusto Menéndez and Milagros Arruela (VAR).
Finally, on Thursday the Godoy Cruz - Gremio will be officiated by the Ecuadorians Francisco Gilabert and Franklin Congo (VAR) and the match between Universidad Católica and Defensa y Justicia by the Venezuelans Yender Herrera and Ángel Arteaga (VAR).
