Personal and Flow have opened their largest store in the country at Dino Mall in Rodríguez del Busto, Córdoba Capital. The space features 350 items distributed across 10 categories, ranging from cell phones to internet-connected appliances. This is the company's third location, following those in Rosario and Buenos Aires, and the first in Córdoba.
The store occupies 110 m2 (1,184 square feet) and has nine technology specialists who assist customers in choosing devices. The available products range from notebooks and televisions to refrigerators, washing machines, and home security cameras. The distinguishing feature is that all devices can be controlled remotely through mobile devices.
According to Fernando Pizzi, Telecom's commercial manager for NOA, Cuyo, and the central region, the goal is to offer "a sensory and functional experience." In this context, he emphasized that the advisors also help select the internet plan that best suits each household.

Increasingly connected homes
One of the most notable products is the Samsung refrigerator with a screen and internal cameras, which allows users to see inside without opening the door. In addition, it offers recipes, allows users to listen to music on Spotify, watch videos on YouTube, and control the temperature remotely from a cell phone.
The new location functions as a showroom with 5G connectivity, which facilitates direct interaction between customers and each device. The initiative aims to demonstrate how the Internet of Things (IoT) works when applied to the home, a concept that is increasingly being adopted nationwide.
In Argentina, Telecom has 550 5G connectivity points, 60 of which are in Córdoba. The company states that the expansion of this network responds to the growing demand for data caused by both households and organizations.

Company expansion plan
The advancement of IoT drives the need for greater data consumption, according to Pizzi. From a cell phone, more and more users are controlling all the devices in their homes, with progressive growth across different age groups.
The Personal Flow Store model will continue to expand in the country, with upcoming openings in Buenos Aires and other locations in Córdoba Capital and the provincial interior. In addition, they do not rule out converting some of the company's 15 current locations in Córdoba to the new format.
"There are still homes without a connection. Our mission is to respond to this growing demand with fiber optics and 5G, consolidating Córdoba as a technology hub," the executive stated.
