Legislator Spaccesi took his seat in 2023 using the name of La Libertad Avanza without permission and without belonging to Milei's team. Now he would run as a candidate for national deputy outside the official space. This decision only seeks to divide the libertarian vote and benefit Córdoba's Peronism.

Spaccesi justified his break with vague and contradictory criticisms against Milei, accusing him of "making deals with the establishment" and maintaining a large state.
