Fer Dente got involved in the Wanda Nara and Nico Occhiato scandal: 'I'm going to tell the truth'

The Personajes del Año 2025 gala unleashed a flood of rumors, gestures analyzed frame by frame, and conflicting accounts that exploded on social media and entertainment shows.

Amid the commotion, Fer Dente decided to step in and offer his account of the episode starring Wanda Nara, Nico Occhiato, and Flor Jazmín Peña.

Everything began when, on La mañana con Moria, Cinthia Fernández asked him a direct question: “You were identified as the witness to Wanda's breast press against Occhiato. What did you see? What didn't you see?”

Far from dodging the subject, Dente took a breath and answered bluntly: “I'm going to say what happened and I'm going to tell the truth.”

Dente explained that he was standing next to Flor Jazmín Peña and Sofi Martínez at the time of the photo, while Occhiato was a few steps below. According to his account, Nico arrived first, then Wanda joined the group photo... and that's when the parade of greetings began, which may have led to the misunderstanding.

“I don't know what happened, because there was a sort of parade of greetings at that moment. Then there's the video that Yanina posted,” he clarified, referring to Yanina Latorre's story in which Flor Jazmín appeared to be upset.

The recording Yanina posted fueled even more speculation. Dente confirmed it:
“She posted a story where Flor Jazmín Peña seemed angry.”

However, the host chose not to fuel the theory of inappropriate behavior by Wanda. Instead, he highlighted the couple's behavior in the face of an uncomfortable situation.

Dente emphasized that, beyond the rumors, he saw Occhiato calmly supporting his partner: “They work very well as a couple. Something had bothered her and Nicolás was a gentleman. He was very good at comforting her.”

He added a phrase that ultimately dismissed his role as a “key witness”: “Something happened, but I would have loved to see what happened. I don't know if it was Wanda. I didn't see her.”

What may have triggered Flor Jazmín's discomfort

The alleged gesture by Wanda Nara toward Nico Occhiato became the most talked-about topic after the gala. Yanina Latorre claimed that Wanda ran her hand along Nico's leg and knee, something that may have caused immediate tension.

Ángel de Brito, meanwhile, added that Wanda was the last to arrive for the photo and greeted Occhiato effusively, which Flor interpreted as an inappropriate physical gesture: “She felt that Wanda pressed her chest against him.”
