During the early morning and morning of this Wednesday, August 5, isolated rains were recorded in different parts of the Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires. The National Meteorological Service indicated that for the rest of the day, the sky will remain mostly cloudy, with a low chance of precipitation towards the night.
In the afternoon, the maximum temperature will reach 16 degrees, with no chance of rain. Winds will blow from the east at speeds of up to 22 kilometers per hour, and the sky will remain overcast.
By evening, conditions will not change much. A temperature close to 14 degrees is expected, with lighter east winds of up to 12 kilometers per hour and only a 10 percent chance of isolated rains.
The outlook for the next few hours does not show major surprises, although the cloudy sky will be the constant in almost the entire region.
Forecast for Thursday and the following days
On Thursday, August 6, the scenario will change significantly. The SMN estimates up to a 70 percent chance of strong storms during the morning and afternoon, accompanied by gusts that can reach 50 kilometers per hour.
