They are at each other's throats on C5N | Embón exploded at Duggan, shouting: 'I'm fed up'
Horacio Embón left the studio after a fierce confrontation and gave Duggan no room to react
A tense moment shook the ultrakirchnerist program Duro de Domar (C5N) this Tuesday, when Horacio Embón had a shouting match with Pablo Duggan and decided to leave the studio live on air. The clash occurred while a debate was taking place about the alleged recordings —described as manipulated— that circulated on social media and mentioned Karina Milei and Eduardo “Lule” Menem.
The origin of the clash
Everything began when the Kirchnerist Embón recalled the fall of Arturo Illia, linking it to the pharmaceutical company Suizo Argentina S. A., which at that time was accused of demanding bribes. "The word 'laboratory' overthrew Arturo Umberto Illia," he stated.
Fuerte cruce entre Duggan y Embón
The comment made Duggan uncomfortable, who tried to stop the historical digression and steer the conversation toward current politics. "We're not talking about that, don't take me off topic..." he warned, with evident annoyance.
The tension became unbearable
Far from calming down, Embón raised his voice: "How not? Do you want to ignore history?" Duggan replied that he wanted to keep the discussion on track, because otherwise it was "a crazy conversation."
The host, increasingly irritated, said: "On top of that, I have to argue about nonsense... These are people who work against us." That phrase was the final spark.
Embón exploded live: "Wait! It's not nonsense! You're not going to tell me that I say nonsense, damn it!" Immediately afterward, he stood up from the table with a resounding shout: "I'm leaving, I've had enough."
Without trying to stop him, Duggan concluded: "Go ahead, bye. Another one leaving."

The episode not only exposed the poor relationship between Pablo Duggan and Horacio Embón, but also revealed the internal tension within Duro de Domar, one of the flagship programs of the Kirchnerist channel C5N.
The host, in trying to silence his panelist, ended up in an uncomfortable position before the audience, who witnessed live how a veteran journalist confronted him without filters. The scene became another example of the fragility of a television space where, far from unity, internal conflicts seem to be gaining more and more prominence.
