At a European Union seminar in Bolivia, they lashed out at Javier Negre and the outlet for reporting on socialist arrangements

The European Union (EU) once again acted against the independent press, during a seminar in Bolivia, the press officer of the EU Electoral Observation Mission, Pedro de Alzalga, disqualified La Derecha Diario and journalist Javier Negre by accusing them of being “far-right” and publishing “fake news”. The intervention of the European official comes after the newspaper published investigations exposing the socialist affiliation of former candidate Samuel Doria Medina.
De Alzalga rejected the professionalism and volume of the coverage that scrutinized Doria Medina's chameleonic discourse and his populist promises: "They published 50 negative news stories about him a day," exclaimed the EU official, seeking to demonize the work of journalism by revealing his ties to international socialism.

Far from being an isolated incident, the EU's attack revives a pattern of censorship that this outlet has already denounced: La Derecha Diario was blocked on the networks and devices of the European Parliament just 2 months ago, under the label of “malicious site”. Attempts at censorship also reached us in Brazil, during Lula da Silva's regime, for publishing uncomfortable evidence about his electoral process.
De Alzalga's offensive also targets Javier Negre, a leading figure in Ibero-American journalism who has exposed with data Doria Medina's ideological transvestism, even being forcibly expelled by his supporters after asking the Bolivian about his dealings with Kirchnerism over the lithium monopoly.
Meanwhile, the resources of European and Bolivian taxpayers are squandered on smear campaigns, La Derecha Diario is consolidating itself worldwide as a reference media outlet. Established as the outlet with the most interactions on X (formerly Twitter) in Argentina and with significant influence on other platforms, our growing expansion to other countries in the Americas and the recent strategic investment in UHN Plus have positioned us as a real threat against the disinformation campaigns promoted by the left.

Messages issued by leaders of the international right consolidate LDD as a respected and necessary voice within the free press of the West. A few weeks ago, we were accredited in the White House press room by the administration of President Donald Trump, while yesterday our work was highlighted by international leader Javier Milei, mentioning us as “a serious outlet that informs, an outlet that tells the truth” at his campaign event in Buenos Aires.
