Fernando “Coco” Shedden shared unprecedented details about the family's life
Interviewed on Intrusos, Moria Casán's former driver, Fernando “Coco” Shedden, recalled moments spent with the diva. “From the time of (Luis) Vadalá there were horrible things, she suffered gender violence. That man slapped Sofía (Gala) in front of me,” he pointed out.
Additionally, he recounted a serious episode he witnessed: “(Vadalá) followed Moria with a gun around Mar del Plata; I think his addiction completely changed his personality.”
“I would love to be part of that family again, I never lost my love for her and Sofía,” Shedden emphasized. Why Coco Shedden stopped being Moria's driver Shedden worked with Moria from 1998 to 2019, and he assured that the series accurately reflects what he himself witnessed.
“The biopic is so real that these are things I lived through and I felt them very real. It has little to no fiction, maybe some things changed and some characters are missing in between. Personally, I thought: ‘This was my life’,” he confessed. Regarding the end of his time as a driver, Shedden acknowledged that his own problems distanced him from the host's environment.
“In the last period with Moria, I was at the peak of my addiction. At that moment, a raid happened and I was charged because I had a gun with an expired permit. Moria paid for a lawyer for me and when I got out, she didn’t want me to come back,” he explained.
