The communicator revealed that their relationship began around 2007 or 2008, when she was just 18 years old and Ignacio "Nacho" Levy was her teacher at the Deportea institution. This new testimony confirms the systematic "modus operandi" that sexologist Cecilia Ce had already exposed on June 25, 2026 at 1:46 PM. The licensed professional, who had a romance with the journalist since November 2025, was the one to open the "Pandora's box" by describing dynamics of control, harassment, and emotional wear that she attributed to “psychopathic and narcissistic” profiles.
According to the professional, Levy's method for breaking his victims included sleep deprivation: “They don't sleep. They are on social media checking, controlling. And they don't let you sleep either. The moment you want to sleep, they start a fight so that, without being able to rest, your nervous system chronically becomes unbalanced and you become the crazy one”. Cecilia Ce was blunt in asserting that this behavior is “methodical and persistent”, closing her statement with a phrase that resonated with other victims: “Fortunately, I was able to get out”.
The fall of the "leader" of La Garganta Poderosa has not left his media past indifferent. The renowned actress Gloria Carrá, who was in a relationship with Levy for 3 years (between 2020 and late 2023), also joined the widespread repudiation this Thursday at 2:57 PM.

Through a statement, Carrá expressed: “I stand in solidarity with all the women who have gone through situations of violence. I know it is not an easy path and that we all deserve to be heard, supported, and respected”. The pressure on the communicator tightens with the statements from other figures such as journalist Julia Leiva and writer Zuleika Esnal, who denounced that many women remained silent for years because these individuals “surrounded themselves with reputable and impeccable people, so you have to think twice before speaking”.
In light of the weight of the accusations and the impact of “thousands of messages” of support received by Licenciada Ce, the organization La Poderosa was forced to activate its gender protocol and announce the official disassociation of Nacho Levy.
After more than 20 years of presenting himself as the moral spokesperson for vulnerable neighborhoods and participating in television programs denouncing "institutional violence," the activist has been consumed by his own practices. The silence of his political protectors today is as deafening as the bravery of the women who have finally decided to expose the "ally" who turned out to be, according to their own testimonies, a violent manipulator.
