Fabián Cubero broke the silence after the controversy over his daughter's 15th birthday celebration.

The former player commented on his daughter's statement and pointed at Nicole Neumann

Fabián Cubero commented on his daughter Allegra Cubero's statement and questioned her exposure on social media. The teenager had clarified that she loves both her mom, Nicole Neumann, and her dad, following the controversy over her 15th birthday party.

The 15th birthday of the ex-player's daughter and  the model caused an unexpected wave of reactions on social media and in the media. After it became known that she would celebrate this special moment with her dad and not with her mom, the 14-year-old teenager was forced to issue a statement expressing her love for both parents and asking for respect for her decision.

In response to the criticism she received, Allegra made it clear that  "she loves both equally" and that she doesn't seek to create conflict. The situation gained more visibility after it was leaked that the young woman intended to have a party with both her parents and their respective partners. However, it seems the plan didn't succeed because Nicole apparently didn't agree.

Fabián Cubero then decided to break his silence in the last few hours. In a conversation with the program LAM, the former Vélez player expressed his annoyance at his daughter's exposure and harshly questioned the role of social media in this type of family conflict.

"I don't agree with a 14-year-old girl having to be exposed to this situation. I find it completely unnecessary," Cubero stated indignantly. "I have experience with what social media is, the people behind it attacking without knowing the reality. She shouldn't have to be going through this."

Asked by the press, the model Nicole Neumann expressed her support for her daughter, although she was moved by the difficult time she is going through at such a young age. "I thought what she wrote was very mature and very beautiful," she said, although she confessed to feeling hurt: "It hurts me that she has to go through this at 14."

Cubero's statements add to those of Mica Viciconte, the ex-player's current partner, who had revealed that Allegra wanted a joint family celebration, but the wish couldn't be fulfilled due to Nicole's refusal.
