Gloria Carrá sued Luciano Cáceres for financial compensation

The legal dispute between the former couple remains unsolved and keeps them trapped in a judicial conflict

More than a decade after ending their relationship, Gloria Carrá and Luciano Cáceres remain trapped in a legal conflict that finds no resolution. Despite both of their efforts to move forward personally and professionally, they still have the division of assets as an unsolved issue.

The actress, in a recent interview withPuro Show(El Trece), was candid and straightforward when discussing the situation with her ex-husband. "I don't know, I have no idea. I'm telling you seriously. I swear I haven't talked to my lawyer. But it hasn't been done yet, we're still there. There's a fight, but well. He doesn't want to let go", Carrá explained with a mix of resignation and irony, revealing the exhaustion from the legal process that seems to be at a standstill.

Despite the tension in the economic sphere, Gloria clarified that the relationship with Cáceres regarding their daughter, Amelia, remains cordial. "We, as parents, agree with Amelia, and that's the main thing. The other stuff is separate", she expressed, making it clear that raising their daughter is their priority. However, the calm in that area hasn't managed to dispel the disagreements related to the assets they still haven't divided.

One of the key points in the dispute is a property in José C. Paz and a car that, according to the actress, is in her ex-husband's name, but she uses. "I use it, but I could never change it, sell it, or do anything else", she revealed.

Meanwhile, Luciano Cáceres, in a more formal and cautious manner, addressed the legal conflict. In a conversation with Teleshow, he stated: "I have nothing to say. I'm waiting for the justice system to make a decision, I'm not delaying or obstructing anything. It doesn't depend on me, as a judge decides this after the mediations."

However, he also emphasized that the well-being of Amelia, their 15-year-old daughter, is the most important thing: "We must take care of Amelia above all else."
