The Minister of Homeland Security, Patricia Bullrich, issued a stern warning this Tuesday in response to the call from violent groups, including Antifa, a far-left terrorist group, who publicly announced their intention to attack security forces during a march scheduled for today.

In a forceful message, Bullrich stated that these are not mere protesters, but criminals with records in terrorist acts and violence, whose goal is to destabilize the social peace that the citizens have been building with effort.

"Violent groups, including the Antifa movement, are calling for today's march to attack, and they say it clearly: 'we're going to hit the police.' They are not protesters. They are violent individuals with a history of attacks and terrorism who come with that agenda," the minister expressed on her X account, emphasizing that Javier Milei's Government will take all necessary measures to protect society.

In this context, Minister Bullrich announced that not only will the planned security protocol be applied, but the security forces will act decisively to unmask these groups. “We will act as any State should that protects its people from those who come to destroy the social peace that Argentinians are building day by day,” she concluded.

The Antifa terrorist group

The Antifa movement, short for “antifascist,” is internationally known for its far-left extremism and violent methods. Originating in the United States, this far-left group is characterized by aggressive opposition to any demonstration they consider "fascist" or "right-wing," using violent tactics that include direct confrontations with the police, vandalism, attacks on properties, and looting.

Their history in North American territory includes episodes of violent confrontations, riots, and acts that have been classified by various authorities as urban terrorism.

According to Bullrich, the Argentine security forces, backed by Milei's Government, are preparing to stop any attempt at violence that could destabilize public order in the country.

Thus, the libertarian administration reaffirms its commitment to the safety of Argentinians and the protection of democratic institutions, against the left-wing terrorism that seeks to destroy them.
