La Derecha Diario Health: the agreement for faculties to manage doctors' enrollment is progressing
The department led by Minister Mario Lugones facilitated the agreement to simplify procedures for professionals
The National Ministry of Health, led by Mario Lugones, reported that through AFACIMERA (Association of Medical Science Faculties of the Argentine Republic), an agreement is being advanced so that both public and private faculties manage the license together with the degree and certify specialties.
This way, procedures are simplified and the training of health professionals is strengthened, both at the time of graduation and during specialization, with the endorsement of the university system.
Medical specialties: welcome to physicians
Meanwhile, the Minister of Health welcomed physicians at the start of the allocation of positions for medical specialties in the Unified Health Residency Competition.
At Palacio Libertad, from today until Wednesday, professionals choose the institution where they will begin their practice starting September 1, according to the order of merit.
This year, additional measures were implemented to ensure greater equity in access, such as additional recognition for those who completed their studies at Argentine universities.
