Sources close to the former Buenos Aires City head indicated that he has not yet defined whether he will run for a position in the Buenos Aires Legislature, where voting will take place on May 18, or if he will compete for a seat in the National Congress in the elections on October 26. This new move deepens the fracture within PRO, led by Mauricio Macri. Additionally, the Security Minister, who won in the Juntos por el Cambio primaries but failed to reach the runoff after being surpassed by President Milei, also doesn't recognize his leadership.
