Thiago Medina, former participant of Gran Hermano, has left the intensive care unit nearly a month after his motorcycle accident. Mariano y Luciano de la Vega Hospital in Moreno confirmed that he no longer needs respiratory assistance.
The latest medical report highlighted positive progress, with improvements in his overall condition and significant advances in his physical and emotional recovery.

What the new medical report says
Dora Agüero, executive director of the hospital, reported that Medina successfully underwent three surgeries and no longer requires mechanical respiratory assistance, tubes, or a central line. He now feeds himself and receives nutritional support.
Additionally, he has started physical therapy to regain muscle strength after weeks of hospitalization and was able to reunite with his family members, a key step in his recovery.
Daniela Celis's statement
Daniela Celis, Medina's former partner and mother of his twin daughters, stated that thanks to his progress, a surgical toilette could be performed without complications. "He no longer requires assistance or an oxygen cannula", she added.

On Friday, September 12, Medina suffered a violent accident on National Route 7, in Francisco Álvarez, while riding his Honda motorcycle. He was rushed to the hospital with severe thoracic injuries and loss of his spleen.
