The leader of Huracán's barra, Claudio De Respinis, was sentenced to 3 years in prison.
This ruling reinforces the Tribuna Segura program and marks the end of a 25-year leadership cycle in the popular section of Ducó
Claudio De Respinis, historic leader of Huracán's barra brava, was sentenced to three years in prison for illegal possession of weapons and their improper use. The sentence was handed down in the context of a shortened trial, with the approval of Judge Alejandro Villanueva, in charge of the Buenos Aires Criminal Court No. 25.
Meanwhile, "El Cone" was imposed with a 48-month admission ban, a measure endorsed by the Nation's Tribuna Segura program, which reinforces its immediate application.

The situation caused concern within the Globo's barra, which is experiencing internal conflicts and now finds itself without its main leader, who for 25 consecutive years led from the paravalancha. His brother, "Narigón" Pablo, could take on the role of leader in the popular stand.
The causes of the sentence
The judicial case that ended with the sentence of the Globo's barra leader is related to the internal dispute that has been ongoing for more than a year at the club. In each confrontation, the group led by De Respinis emerged victorious, the last being against dissidents Cristian Gualco and Eric Suárez.
On that occasion, both went to "El Cone"'s residence, which triggered a violent confrontation. A Molotov cocktail was thrown against the facade of the house, followed by a shootout. In that context, the barras disposed of the weapons, and surprisingly the Police failed to find them.
Cristian Gualco presented himself to the Justice as a victim and filed a complaint that initiated the judicial process. On March 10, at the request of Celsa Ramírez, De Respinis's residence was raided, where an illegal weapon was found, leading to his arrest.

Consequently, the Quemero's leader agreed to a shortened trial approved by the magistrate, which ended with a sentence of three years of suspended imprisonment. If he commits any other crime or infraction during that period, the benefit will be revoked and he will have to serve the sentence in effective prison.
