Córdoba hosted IE Venture Day, a global initiative that brought together youth training, entrepreneurial exchange, and project exhibitions in a single space. The proposal integrated students, startups, and institutions with the goal of enhancing talent and bringing international ecosystem opportunities closer. Over two days, attendees participated in activities that connected local ideas with global innovation networks.
On the first day, high school students took part in activities focused on creativity, critical thinking, and leadership within an environment designed to stimulate new skills. The teams worked with mentors who guided them in conceptualizing projects with potential impact. The experience aimed to strengthen early skills and connect young people with methodologies used in international entrepreneurship settings.
The second day brought together entrepreneurs, investors, and startups who shared their perspectives on innovation and analyzed sector challenges in Argentina and the region. The participants presented initiatives designed to scale in dynamic contexts of technological transformation. The exchange allowed attendees to access diverse perspectives on current trends and growth opportunities.

Youth innovation and entrepreneurial competition
The program included training sessions, mentoring, and workshops that supported students from October until the final presentation on November 17. The teams received training in idea validation and participated in a masterclass that strengthened their proposals before the field. The final stage took place before an international jury that evaluated clarity, feasibility, and alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals.
The prizes included tablets for the winners, online courses from IE University on Coursera, and mentoring provided by Universidad Siglo 21. The student initiatives demonstrated diverse approaches to addressing social, environmental, and technological challenges with innovative tools. The process reinforced the importance of integrating education and entrepreneurship to consolidate future capabilities.
Meanwhile, Argentinian startups participated in a competition that selected 20 semifinalists and then chose 10 finalists for the live presentation. The teams presented business models based on technological solutions for public and private challenges, focusing on scalability. The first place went to Tintte, followed by Ab Astra and SoyGreen, which were recognized for the technical strength and potential impact of their technological developments.
The event featured the participation of investment funds, accelerators, and key figures from the entrepreneurial ecosystem who provided analysis on international trends. The main speakers included Luciano Nicora, Gabriel Allasia, Gonzalo Olmedo, and Leandro Pisaroni, who shared experiences on financing and growth. The diversity of perspectives enriched the exchange and strengthened networks among emerging ventures.
