A video showing a child riding a motorcycle on a very busy avenue in Santa Fe has generated outrage and concern among residents. The incident occurred during the afternoon of the May 25 holiday, when the city was filled with people enjoying the activities and festive atmosphere.
According to the footage, the minor was riding on Avenida Almirante Brown, at the intersection with Calle Calcena, right in an area with heavy vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Despite the obvious danger, an adult in charge allowed the boy to take control of the vehicle.
The child was wearing a helmet, but that did not lessen the seriousness of the situation. In the video, he can be seen performing a risky maneuver, recklessly switching lanes while riding alongside another adult on a different motorcycle.
The sequence was recorded by a passing motorist who decided to share the footage with local media to highlight the incident.
