The internal struggle of the Civic Radical Union of Córdoba escalated to the judicial realm following the formal submission of an appeal filed by the Más Radicalismo group. The legal measure seeks to annul Resolution No. 7 issued by the party's Electoral Board, which excluded several of its lists from the competition for the elections scheduled for September 20. The appeal was filed in federal courts for the corresponding judge to determine the validity of the internal ruling and define the official status of the lists for the process.
The case was directly submitted to the office of federal judge Miguel Hugo Vaca Narvaja, who will have to define the legal situation of the challenged lists. The submission pushed by the representatives of the sector led by Juan Jure argues the existence of an absolute nullity in the exclusion procedure dictated by the authorities. The document expressly requests to enable their candidacies in all categories and to cancel the proclamations made directly in favor of the opposing group called Generación X.
In their claim regarding the composition of the party's Central Committee, the representatives demanded the suspension of the opposing list and requested to be proclaimed as the sole list in the provincial district. To justify the late submission of their forms, they presented a technical problem resulting from a security block recorded in their email account after 9 PM. The affected list deemed the decision to exclude entire departments due to delays of a few minutes in the submission of the lists as a formal excess.

Positions of the opposing group and pending resolutions
From the Generación X faction, they indicated that the judicial route is a direct consequence of the lack of consensus during prior negotiations to integrate a party unity list. The leaders of this line stated that they offered to cede 40% of the spots on the lists, a proposal that was rejected by the leadership of Más Radicalismo. In light of the current legal scenario, they maintain that if the Electoral Board's ruling is confirmed, the sector led by Jure would lose representation within the party structure.
For the moment, the party's electoral tribunal has not issued a definitive resolution regarding the files submitted in the Capital Section, the Colón department, and the Radical Youth. The institutional outcome regarding the leadership of the Provincial Committee remains contingent on the ruling issued by federal justice in the coming hours. The parties are awaiting the technical resolution that will set the composition of the final voter rolls and the definitive schedule for the internal elections.
The ruling of Miguel Hugo Vaca Narvaja will determine whether the party's decision is upheld or if the excluded lists are reinstated for the ballot. If the appeal is rejected, Generación X will be proclaimed in the contested districts where opposing lists were not officialized. If the court grants the precautionary measure, the election process on September 20 will restructure its offer in the provincial jurisdiction.
