The Justice ordered the examination of the cell phones of Wanda Nara and Ana Rosenfeld

The Justice granted a request from Carla Junqueira in the case initiated in June 2025. The measure affects Ana Rosenfeld and Wanda Nara.

The expert examination will be limited to WhatsApp messages related to Junqueira and corresponding to November and December 2024. The lawyer seeks to validate the work she did during the conflict over the international restitution of Mauro Icardi.

What will be examined from the cell phones of Ana Rosenfeld and Wanda Nara

According to Infama, the phones will be subjected to an examination as part of the complaint filed by Carla Junqueira. The measure arose after a favorable request for the lawyer.

Santiago Sposato explained on the América TV program that Rosenfeld and Nara will have to present their cell phones for the procedure. The examination will have a specific focus on the communications indicated in the case.

According to the information provided, the examination must be conducted exclusively on the messages found on Junqueira's phone with the two co-defendants.

“I do not want to see the cell phone of either Rosenfeld or Wanda Nara, I want to prove my work,” the lawyer asserted. She added that the examination aims to establish the authenticity of the conversations.

How the judicial conflict between the parties began

The complaint was filed by Carla Junqueira in June 2025. The lawyer had worked alongside Ana Rosenfeld and Wanda Nara during the conflict with Mauro Icardi over international restitution.

Now, the Justice has established that the analysis of the phones must focus on the WhatsApp conversations corresponding to November and December 2024.

The new exchange between Wanda Nara and Maxi López

In parallel, Wanda Nara was involved in a new public exchange with Maxi López after hearing an anecdote that the former footballer shared on PH: Podemos Hablar.

The businesswoman published a statement on Instagram and questioned the statements made by her ex-husband. In the message, she referred to situations that occurred during her time in Russia.

Wanda also recalled that Maxi López arrived in Russia while married to her and made various statements about that period of their relationship.

In the same message, the businesswoman concluded with a reflection directed at other women: “go out to work, live your lives. Don’t depend! Earn your money”.

Carla Junqueira herself spoke with Infama and explained that the chats related to the case have already been certified by a notary.

The lawyer stated that she still requested the examinations to validate the authenticity of those conversations. She also clarified that her goal is to demonstrate the work done.

“All the chats with her, discussing this topic, are certified by a notary,” Junqueira expressed. Additionally, she pointed out that Ana Rosenfeld appealed the measures and questioned her actions.
