Nicolás Payarola visited Wanda's apartment in the Chateau Libertador after the incident with Icardi. In a live communication with Bondi Live's streaming, he revealed the legal actions they could take and expressed that all the people present, including the police officers, were treated the same way by the footballer.

According to the lawyer, Icardi received special treatment from the police: "He had a very large consideration that none of us would have been given". He also highlighted that the situation changed when the prosecutor intervened and took action.

Regarding the resignation of Icardi's lawyers, Payarola stated that "this was easily foreseeable" and considered that the trigger for the conflict was the disagreement over the girls' pets: "I didn't know that two little dogs could cause such a problem," he commented.
