Wanda Nara's lawyer, Nicolás Payarola, about Icardi, said: 'This was foreseeable.'
Hours after the police scandal at the Chateau, in a special broadcast, the lawyer spoke with Ángel de Brito
The conflict between Mauro Icardi and Wanda Nara escalated to a judicial level after a tense episode in which the police intervened. The businesswoman's lawyer, Nicolás Payarola, stated that the situation was "easily foreseeable" and that his priority will be the well-being of the ex-couple's daughters, Francesca and Isabella.
Nicolás Payarola visited Wanda's apartment in the Chateau Libertador after the incident with Icardi. In a live communication with Bondi Live's streaming, he revealed the legal actions they could take and expressed that all the people present, including the police officers, were treated the same way by the footballer.
According to the lawyer, Icardi received special treatment from the police:"He had a very large consideration that none of us would have been given". He also highlighted that the situation changed when the prosecutor intervened and took action.
Regarding the resignation of Icardi's lawyers, Payarola stated that "this was easily foreseeable" and considered that the trigger for the conflict was the disagreement over the girls' pets: "I didn't know that two little dogs could cause such a problem," he commented.
The indictment of Mauro Icardi
The conflict originated when, after 60 days without seeing his daughters, the footballer managed to reunite with them on Friday, March 14 by court order. However, a disagreement over the pets led to an argument that ended with the intervention of the police and the SAME.

According to reports, one of the girls suffered an emotional crisis and had to be attended to by medical personnel. Videos released by journalists show that Wanda Nara had a strong confrontation with Icardi, who allegedly entered the apartment by force.
The Justice charged the Galatasaray player with aggravated harassment and is considering the possibility of prohibiting him from contacting his daughters. Additionally, it is being investigated whether, besides verbal and physical harassment, he committed trespassing by entering Wanda's property without authorization.
Details of the confrontation
The episode began when Icardi picked up his daughters from school but refused to take the girls' little dogs, despite their insistence. Enraged, he returned to the building where Wanda lives and left the animals, which sparked an argument that quickly escalated.
Witnesses claimed that the footballer shouted violently and that the police intervened to contain the situation. In a video released on social media, one of the daughters is seen desperately asking for help while the police tried to make Icardi let her go. "Help me, please!" the minor shouted, prompting Wanda's reaction, who also pleaded for him to let her go.
Meanwhile, as the investigation continues, the Justice will evaluate stricter measures against the footballer. The decision on the contact restriction and the upcoming statements will be key in the future of this judicial conflict.
