The governor of Córdoba, Martín Llaryora, ordered the extension of the reduction of the salaries of the governor, the vice governor, ministers, and officials of the political staff, a measure that will be in force until December 31, 2026.

The resolution—issued within the framework of Decrees No. 2245/2023 and No. 084/2025 and Law No. 9820—keeps in force the salary reduction percentages originally established: 25% for the governor and the vice governor; 15% for the ministers; 10% for the rest of the political officials of the Executive Branch.

The decision is based on the fact that the economic and fiscal conditions that led to the implementation of the measure persist, which is aimed at contributing to the ordering of public spending and at sustaining an exemplary leadership framework based on the austerity of the provincial cabinet.

The Ministry of Economy and Public Management, which is empowered to implement and evaluate the continuity of these provisions, confirmed that the extension seeks to support the general effort and to sustain policies of responsibility in the administration of State resources.

The resolution will be formalized and published in the Official Gazette in accordance with the provisions of the current regulations.
