Marcelo Polino explained what happened with the adoption of Lizy Tagliani's son.
Viviana Canosa linked her to a pedophilia network and the judge decided to pause the adoption process
The Justice system suspended the adoption resolution of Tati, the son of Lizy Tagliani, amid a strong complaint driven by Viviana Canosa.
Marcelo Polino provided details on how the case impacts the comedian's legal process and explained the stage the process is in.

What motivated the judicial suspension?
In recent days, Viviana Canosa publicly denounced the existence of an alleged pedophilia network with ties to the Argentine entertainment industry. The accusation was filed in the Justice system.
During her statement, she mentioned Lizy Tagliani in a context that caused suspicion and confusion. This led to a wave of rumors that forced Lizy to deny the accusations.

The impact on Tati's adoption
The journalist Marcelo Polino explained that Lizy is in the stage of provisional custody of the minor. She was about to obtain permanent custody to initiate the adoption trial.
However, the complaint halted that progress. The judge decided to suspend the hearing until the gag order in the case is lifted.

What does provisional custody imply?
Polino clarified that provisional custody allows cohabitation between the minor and the adults, but it doesn't grant legal rights like the surname. For that, permanent custody is needed, followed by initiating an adoption trial.
"It's not that with custody one is already a legal parent. There's a whole subsequent judicial process," the journalist detailed on the show Puro Show.
