Mauro Icardi  reactivated the legal conflict  with his ex-wife  Wanda Naraby filing a complaint against his lawyer, Nicolás Payarola. The Galatasaray forward accused them of violating the confidentiality of a family process by disclosing details of the case during a Law class at the National University of the Littoral.

The accusation was based on an alleged presentation made by Payarola, in which he supposedly used his conflict with Nara as an academic example. This information, according to the judicial document, was obtained by a Twitter user who leaked a screenshot of the case, detailing the charges that would be brought against the lawyer.

Complaint for breach of confidentiality and exposure of minors

Icardi's legal team argued that  Payarola violated court rulings by sharing sensitive data from the litigation, which also involves the minor daughters of the former marriage. According to the complainants, this action violated the principles of confidentiality  that govern family processes.

Mauro Icardi's lawyers reported incidents at the National University of the Litoral, according to Jalil, the Defender of Minors. The document mentions violations of court rulings and procedural norms, with actions previously sanctioned. It highlights the outrage against principles of good faith and procedural loyalty, affecting minors in a family process.

In the complaint, shared on social media, it was emphasized that "the principles of good faith and procedural loyalty were systematically violated," and the damage that this public exposure could imply for the minors was highlighted.

The case gained notoriety after the judicial documents went viral on the X network. The legal filing directly pointed to Payarola's actions and the shared responsibility with Wanda Nara in the improper disclosure of the process.

New legal chapter amid a calm Easter

Despite having shared a peaceful Easter at his residence with his children, Mauro Icardi decided to take legal action again against the mother of two of his daughters.  Meanwhile, Wanda Nara celebrated the holidays at her Santa Bárbara home with her five children, including those she had with Maxi López.

This new legal episode once again strained the relationship between the footballer and the businesswoman,and placed the National University of the Littoral at the center of the controversy, as it was the setting where confidential case details were allegedly revealed.

The legal dispute between Icardi and Nara, far from being solved, added a new conflict that could have consequences for the professional practice of the lawyer involved.
