Mauro Icardi released his friendship with Wanda and Zaira Nara's public enemy.

More than three years after the scandal that shook the Nara family, Mauro Icardi surprised by appearing in public alongside Jakob von Plessen, Zaira Nara's ex-husband and one of the main figures implicated in the memorable Wandagate.

The unexpected reappearance of both, this time far from Paris and in the heart of Nordelta, brought back to the agenda the relationship between the men who were at the center of the storm for their alleged complicity during the footballer's affair with China Suárez.

The information became known in the last few hours through Intrusos (América TV), where journalist Adrián Pallares revealed that Icardi and von Plessen were seen sharing a relaxed meeting in the exclusive Nordelta area. "They were seen very close, chatting with a lot of camaraderie. They're partners in escapades," the host commented.

Meanwhile, his colleague Rodrigo Lussich recalled the key role the businessman allegedly played in the infidelity that marked a turning point in Wanda Nara's life. "Jakob was somewhat the one who helped make the infidelity with China happen. He acted as a lookout," Lussich hinted, suggesting that the relationship between both footballers was forged precisely amid that controversy. According to reports, witnesses of the recent meeting in Nordelta didn't rule out that images of both together might soon appear on social media.

Jakob von Plessen's name hit the media in October 2021, when Wanda Nara posted a message on her social media that exposed the breakdown of her marriage with Icardi: "Another family you ruined for being a slut," she wrote, referring to China Suárez. As hours passed, it became known that the footballer had an encounter with the actress in a Paris hotel and that von Plessen, Zaira Nara's partner at the time, had been his main accomplice.

According to Amalia Granata on Polino Auténtico (Radio Mitre) at the time, Jakob had helped Icardi arrange the meeting behind the Nara sisters' backs. "Zaira's husband covered for him like a brother-in-law. There was a little issue there between Zaira and her husband," the journalist detailed.

Months later, in May 2022, the separation of Zaira Nara and Jakob von Plessen was confirmed. Although they tried to appear united on social media for a while, various journalists claimed that the couple was going through a deep crisis. There was even talk of a possible infidelity of the businessman with model Jimena Buttigliengo in France, although that version was never publicly confirmed.
