One of the most notable measures is the approval of the municipal Investment Generation Incentive Regime (RIGI), the first of its kind in the country. This regime offers tax benefits, such as exemption from the Safety and Hygiene Inspection Fee (TISH) for one year for companies investing between 10 and 20 million dollars, a 50% discount for nine additional years, and tax stability for 30 years.

The measure, inspired by the national RIGI promoted by President Javier Milei, was unanimously approved by the ruling party councilors, despite the absence of the Kirchnerist opposition in the chamber.

Valenzuela's success in the CB Consultora ranking reflects the favorable opinion among residents, who value his focus on policies that promote the municipality's economic growth and competitiveness.

Meanwhile, as Tres de Febrero positions itself as a hub for investment, the mayor from La Libertad Avanza continues to consolidate his leadership, setting a precedent for other municipalities seeking to replicate similar initiatives.
