The Mendoza Tourism Board officially presented a new edition of the Olive Month, an initiative aimed at strengthening the olive identity of Mendoza through cultural, gastronomic, recreational, and tourist proposals in various locations throughout the province.
The agenda will run until June 13 and will include:
olive oil tastings
guided tours
cooking classes
biking through olive groves
wellness experiences
gastronomic contests
open oil mills
cultural events
This proposal is part of the Mendoza Oliva Bien program, aimed at positioning the province as one of the major olive destinations in the country.

The olive oil from Mendoza will be the star throughout the month
The main objective of the event is to bring both tourists and locals closer to the world of olives from different perspectives:
gastronomy
landscape
well-being
heritage
production
regional culture
Throughout the month, participating restaurants and open oil mills will feature the star product: Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) produced in Mendoza.
Additionally, training sessions and activities will be developed to enhance knowledge about sensory analysis, pairings, and olive oil culture.
