The president's leadership wasn't affected by the numerous operations carried out by the opposition.

Despite the controversy driven by opposition sectors around the cryptocurrency $LIBRA, President Javier Milei's approval remains solid with a favorable balance in public opinion, according to a recent survey by the consulting firm Giacobbe & Asociados.

The study, conducted on a sample of 1,500 respondents, showed that the positive image of the president remains above the negative, with 49.6% against 46.6%, confirming that Milei's leadership was not affected by the numerous operations carried out by the opposition aiming to hit the government.

Far from representing significant damage, the data shows that the controversy around $LIBRA didn't matter much to the average Argentine. In fact, 70.9% of respondents showed little or no empathy toward investors affected by the cryptocurrency's fall, understanding that it is a risky market where each individual assumes their responsibility.

This demonstrates that the public is much more interested in the structural reforms being carried out by Milei's government than in a controversy driven by certain sectors seeking to discredit the president.

In this sense, it is clear that the opposition's strategy to try to link him directly to the scandal failed. Additionally, 51.6% of respondents were against any attempt at political impeachment, reinforcing the popular confidence in President Milei's leadership.

Regarding this year's legislative elections, 51.3% of people expressed that they want Javier Milei's La Libertad Avanza to win, while 45.2% expressed their desire for defeat.

Although some gave it their all to try to increase the relevance of the issue, the study itself shows that it wasn't a determining factor for the majority of the population. While there was a slight migration of neutral opinions toward the critical segment, Milei's support base remains firm and continues to be the majority.

Additionally, the numbers reflect that the supposed "impact" of the controversy is nothing more than a false narrative amplified by sectors seeking to discredit the change the president is leading.

Ultimately, the survey reaffirms that Milei's administration continues to have strong citizen support and that Argentines aren't distracted by media controversies without relevance in daily life. The priority remains the economic and political transformation of the country, and in that, the president continues to lead the way with conviction and popular support.
