What other parameters does ARCA consider

To remain in the Monotributo, it is not enough to only review the annual billing. Energy consumption, accrued rents, and the affected area are also taken into account.

In the case of those selling movable goods, the maximum unit sale price is also considered, set at $716,840.77.

Electricity consumption limits

The limits of annual electricity consumption range from 3,330 kWh for category A to 20,000 kWh for categories G to K.

• A: up to 3,330 kWh.

• B: up to 5,000 kWh.

• C: up to 6,700 kWh.

The Monotributo maintains in September 2026 the same monthly values as in August, according to data reported by ARCA.

The 16.8% update also modified the billing caps and other parameters that taxpayers must consider.

How much is paid for the Monotributo in September 2026

The monthly fee for the Monotributo depends on the category. From category C, the amount also changes depending on whether it is for services or the sale of goods.

• Category A: $49,527.18.

• Category B: $56,379.08.

• Category C: $66,020.12 for services and $64,530.58 for goods.

• Category D: $84,612.93 for services and $82,564.81 for goods.

• Category E: $119,811.45 for services and $108,267.51 for goods.

• Category F: $150,784.21 for services and $129,930.65 for goods.

• Category G: $230,312.94 for services and $158,815.05 for goods.

• Category H: $522,706.68 for services and $317,895.01 for goods.

• Category I: $963,747.86 for services and $474,992.78 for goods.

• Category J: $1,167,299.76 for services and $580,793.69 for goods.

• Category K: $1,614,446.04 for services and $702,103.24 for goods.

The minimum amount corresponds to category A, while category K is the highest in the regime.

If category K is exceeded, ARCA may exclude the taxpayer from the simplified regime ex officio, and they must register in the General Regime.
