Morena Rial was detained again after the court revoked her release for failing to comply with procedural measures. The daughter of Jorge Rial was transferred to the AMBA Norte I Security Facility in San Isidro.
In the images that have surfaced, she is seen arriving in a police car, handcuffed and escorted by police officers. A photo of her arrival also emerged, showing her wearing a large gray T-jersey and blue flip-flops.
Why the court ordered her detention
According to the report from the Judicial Branch of the Province of Buenos Aires, the media personality failed to meet several requirements. She did not attend court summons for two weeks, did not submit certificates of psychological and psychiatric treatment, and also did not prove employment or income.
The case she faces is for burglary. She is accused of breaking into a house in Villa Adelina with other individuals, forcing a window to take money, appliances, and jewelry.
