Morena Rial fell again: this was her arrival in handcuffs at the police station

Morena Rial was detained again after the court revoked her release for failing to comply with procedural measures. The daughter of Jorge Rial was transferred to the AMBA Norte I Security Facility in San Isidro.

In the images that have surfaced, she is seen arriving in a police car, handcuffed and escorted by police officers. A photo of her arrival also emerged, showing her wearing a large gray T-jersey and blue flip-flops.

Why the court ordered her detention

According to the report from the Judicial Branch of the Province of Buenos Aires, the media personality failed to meet several requirements. She did not attend court summons for two weeks, did not submit certificates of psychological and psychiatric treatment, and also did not prove employment or income.

The case she faces is for burglary. She is accused of breaking into a house in Villa Adelina with other individuals, forcing a window to take money, appliances, and jewelry.

How her first arrest happened

After a police investigation and surveillance operations, agents from the Bonaerense Police and the City Police located Morena Rial in a hotel at Lavalle and Cerrito.

She was arrested there for the first time before regaining her freedom under conditions that she has now violated.

Morena Rial's message after returning to jail

After the news broke, the media personality shared a post on Instagram from her lawyer Alejandro Cipolla. "It is reported that @moreerial was detained again for not complying with the guidelines," he stated.

In the same message, the attorney clarified that Dr. Miguel Ángel Pierri has already been notified and will begin working on her defense to secure his client's "prompt release."
