The new Fiat Strada would already have a scheduled date for its renewal. According to information published by Autos Segredos, the compact pickup from Fiat would debut a new generation in 2028 with an unprecedented platform, a renewed design, and a completely updated interior.
The future Fiat Strada would share much of its development with the upcoming Fiat Argo, although it would retain the features that position it as one of the most successful compact pickups in South America.

When will the new Strada be presented
According to the Brazilian site Autos Segredos, the next generation of the Fiat Strada would debut in 2028.
The project would share a significant part of its development with the future Fiat Argo, whose new generation would be presented a year earlier.
Although the brand has not officially confirmed these plans yet, the report indicates that the truck will adopt a completely new platform and a design very different from the current one.

What platform will the new Fiat Strada use
According to the Brazilian publication, the Strada will be developed on the CMP platform, a next-generation architecture that Stellantis will begin using this year with the new Argo.
The pickup would be the third model manufactured at the Betim plant in Brazil on that base. Before it, the new generation of the Argo and an update of the Pulse will arrive.

Internally, the development would be identified with the project name XBP.
The Strada will maintain similar dimensions to the current model
Despite the platform change, the future Fiat Strada would retain a size very similar to that of the current generation.
According to Autos Segredos, this decision responds to industrial issues, as significant growth would require deep modifications in the production lines of Betim.
