New setback for San Lorenzo: ruling against them due to the debt with Tigre for Lucas Menossi
They will withhold 300 thousand dollars from Ciclón due to a debt with Matador for the transfer of the midfielder, currently at Belgrano
The National Chamber of Dispute Resolution (CNRD) will rule in favor of Tigre regarding Lucas Menossi's transfer to San Lorenzo in June 2019. Although the midfielder currently plays for Belgrano de Córdoba, the debt for his transfer remains outstanding.
According to the CNRD's resolution, the amount owed is 336,303 dollars, which will be deducted directly from the audiovisual rights received by Ciclón. Additionally, the organization determined that San Lorenzo must also pay 3,300,052 pesos corresponding to the pending legal costs with the Argentine Football Association (AFA).

Tigre requested that San Lorenzo be unable to sign players
In its presentation, Tigre not only demanded the payment of the debt but also requested the inhibition of San Lorenzo next transfer market. Specifically, it requested the prohibition of both national and international transfers and the signing of new players.

"The Arbitral Panel must impose the sanctions it deems appropriate and, in due course, have them submitted by the CNRD's Legal Secretariat to the AFA Executive Committee for implementation," expressed the Victoria club in its claim.
A double conflict: there is also a debt with Menossi
In addition to the litigation with Tigre, San Lorenzo is involved in another conflict related to Menossi, but this time directly with the player. The midfielder had sued the club for 10 million dollars, although an agreement was finally reached for 4 million.

One of the agreed conditions includes that San Lorenzo allocate part of the income from future player sales to gradually settle that debt with the current Belgrano player.
