"Chino Martínez is the one I talk to the most. I'm very forgetful with the phone, but he's the one I talk to the most because of the relationship we had at Fiorentina. He occasionally nudges me to go to River, I play dumb and tell him not yet, maybe a little later," said the former Argentinos Juniors player with a laugh.

Martínez Quarta and González shared a squad at Fiorentina for 4 years and maintain a great relationship. In fact, in January of this year, before returning to River, the defender gave the forward a club jersey.

In a joking tone, González also joked about his possible arrival at the team: "Where would I play here, who would you take out? haha," he replied when asked about the chance of joining the Millonario.

Loaned until mid-year at Juventus, but with a contract until June 30, 2029, to permanently move from Fiorentina to La Vecchia Signora, for now, the forward's immediate future remains tied to Europe.
