Requirements to access ANSES PNC
Disability pension
Be a native Argentine, naturalized Argentine, or foreigner with at least 10 years of residence.
Be under 65 years of age.
Not receive retirements, pensions, or other benefits.
For minors, the family group must not exceed four minimum benefits.
Pension for mothers of seven children
Be Argentine or naturalized with one year of residence, or a foreigner with 15 years in the country.
Not have personal income or social security benefits.
The spouse may be retired but may not receive another PNC.
