The images that sparked the controversy

This Monday, two moments from Bernini's coverage caught the attention of viewers and quickly went viral on social media. In the first, the journalist tripped and fell into the water with a microphone in hand. Minutes later, local colleagues got a dinghy so she could continue her work.

The problem arose when, trying to get on the vehicle, Bernini struggled to maintain her balance and ended up bursting into laughter. That reaction in the midst of the tragedy didn't sit well on social media and caused indignation among many users.

What did Pablo Carrozza say about Paula Bernini?

Through his Instagram stories, Carrozza held nothing back and criticized the reporter. "What is she laughing at? Does she understand the seriousness of what's happening?", he wrote in reference to her reaction on the dinghy.

Additionally, the journalist shared the video of the fall and questioned its authenticity. "That's it, you've done your show, you can go back. Ridiculous and sensationalist", he harshly stated.

Carrozza's spicy comments on social media

Carrozza is known for his direct and provocative style, unafraid of controversy. Recently, he criticized Talleres de Córdoba after their victory against River in the International Super Cup.

After the club's official account posted the crest with the second star, the journalist ironically commented: "Couldn't it be smaller?".
