The controversy grows as specialists warn about the consequences for their daughters
The legal conflict between Wanda Naraand Mauro Icardi adds a new chapter following the release of both parties' psychological evaluations. The controversy grows while specialists warn about the consequences for their daughters.
Amid the family scandal involving the cosmetics entrepreneur and the Galatasaray player, new court documents have come to light, confirming that the emotional state of both parents negatively impacts their daughters. Yanina Latorre revealed on the show Sálvese Quien Pueda that the psychological evaluations in the case were not lost, as Wanda had suggested, and exposed a file that highlights serious difficulties in the family dynamics.

"Nobody removed it from the file. Either she doesn't know how to read it, or the lawyer didn't tell her, or she made it up," Latorre shot back, referring to the businesswoman's claims, who had expressed concern over the supposed disappearance of Icardi's psychological report. According to Latorre, the analysis was conducted in November 2024, when the couple was already embroiled in a legal process over the custody and upbringing of their daughters.
The evaluations conducted by mental health professionals reveal a complex picture. In Wanda Nara's case, the report indicates that "she is globally aware of the situation" and that "a high level of distress is observed." Although no risk behaviors are identified, the file notes a "limitation in assessing the impact that the legal conflict and its media coverage have on her daughters."

Meanwhile, Mauro Icardi also presented difficulties. According to the document, "symptoms of psychotic and mood disorders are ruled out," but it highlights his inability to gauge how the media exposure of the conflict affects his daughters. Additionally, the report confirms that the footballer doesn't maintain a relationship with his family nor is he in a partnership.
The general conclusion of the interdisciplinary team is clear: "There is a marked difficulty in co-parenting agreements. The children are affected. None of the adults have managed to prioritize and protect the minors involved."
The situation, far from improving, seems to have worsened with the events of 2025, including the Chateau scandal and the failed afternoon of reconnection that ended with new tensions between Icardi and Wanda's circle. These events, according to the file, go against what the Justice had recommended to ensure the emotional well-being of the girls.
"The exposure of the children to adult conflict is causing emotional instability," specialists warn, urging both parties to "review their attitudes to ensure the protection of the minors."
