The reimbursements in public transportation expanded in July 2026 in the Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires (AMBA) and in other regions of the country. Banks, virtual wallets and payment platforms offer discounts and refunds on bus tickets, subways, tolls, and long-distance trips.
The offers reach up to 100% reimbursement, with payments enabled by NFC technology, QR codes, and digital wallets. Each entity sets monthly caps, validity periods, and specific requirements that users must verify before applying for the benefit.
